Days of War stylistically leans toward classic WWII first-person shooters with a fast-paced and almost non-stop action across several tremendous maps. DoW added much blood and gore to this list. You can choose from 6 playable character classes including riflemen and machine gunners. The action takes place in Europe, Africa, and USSR. There are 12 competitive maps where you and up to 32 of your friends can run for each other demonstrating skillful gunplay. Real friends can be replaced with bots but the AI leaves much to be desired. Integrated mission editor allows you to create your version of maps and share it through the Steam Workshop. Those who don't want to wait for others on official servers can rent a dedicated server and run Days of War there.
